Digitizing Policy:The price shown is the starting price.  Based on the complexity of your design, we may require an additional fee.  This price is based on you purchasing our apparal.  We change your files to a stitch file for our products.  Digitized files are for your garments only.  We do not supply the file to you.  If you require the file then we would need to charge the additional fee as our current digitizing fee is not the full price since we are providing a service for your garments.  
 
If you supply an embroidery file to us that does not stitch properly, we will let you know.  If we have to re-digitize a file you will be charged a fee for digitizing (fixing) your file.
